Is it normal to have intense back aches with pregnancy?

Hi everyone! I had been trying to expand my family for a long time. However, I had not been able to. Finally, I decided to undergo IVF treatment from the best IVF centre in Punjab, and I have had success! I am four months pregnant right now. However, I did not anticipate how much my back would ache! I just want to know and confirm that this is normal, haha! If anyone has had any issues with backaches, please let me know! I do not want to disturb my specialist with a non-issue.
