Drink plenty of fluids
This is necessary to avoid dehydration because dehydration is also responsible for injuries. So, it is a good idea to drink plenty of water and other types of liquids in order to reduce the risk of dehydration and injury.
Do not overuse your single joint or body part
This will lead to chronic injury which can only be treated with the help of surgery or other medical procedures.
